Junior Sychronized Swimming Course  

This course mainly consists of auxiliary swimming exercises, figure training,ballet, basic synchronized swimming elements building and team organization.

Members have opportunities to participate in national and international games, theatrical performances, commerical plays and public activities.

Training courses are divided into 3 different levels: Novice, and Pre-competitive and Competitive.

 

Course Novice
Duration 90 mins. Dry land 15 mins.
Swimming skills 70 mins.
Sum up 5 mins.
Objectives

Learn 3 swimming styles;
Learn ballet elements and improve flexibility;
Basic deck and synchro swimming movements;
Prepare for Pre-competitive.

Training


Dry land:

Ballet figures and fle
xibility;
Body strengh training.


Water:

Learn 3 swimming styles;

Learn 2 basic synchro positions.
 

Requirements

Age 5 - 15, master at least two swimming styles.

 
Course Pre-competitive
Duration 90 mins. Dry land 15 mins.
Swimming and Synchro 75 mins.
Sum up 5 mins.
Objectives

Learn basic synchro postions and movements;
stationary eggbeater;
back layout,side layout position head first travels;
Prepare for Competitive course.

Training

Dry land:
Further improve flixibility and physical strength.

Water:
Improve swimming speed;
Synchro position practice.
Requirements Previously had synchronized swimming training;
Or completed Sychronized Swimming - I course.

 

 

Course Competitive
Duration 90 mins. Dry land 10 mins.
Synchro 75 mins.
Sum up 5 mins.
Objectives Master synchro elements and competition required movements.
Prepare for competitions.
Training

Dry land:

Flexibility combination,
Strengh building.

Water:

Team, combination, solo, duet, figures training.
Requirments Complete Pre-competitive course.

Note:

      1. First timers will be asigned to corresponding class based on coach's evaluation.

      2.Parents are allow to observe the training only on the last weekend of each month.
